Thank you to all of the speakers for sharing their vital knowledge and experience related to violence prevention and management during their presentations at the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) Winter Conference last week. It was great to see several presentations tailored to bringing the understanding of concerning change in behavior to HR/supervisors/organization personnel. They are a critical piece of the overall threat assessment/ management process. Additional thanks to the ATAP Team that put together this amazing and safe in-person conference. Finally, thanks to the ATAP members I have known for years and to those I just met for very insightful discussions.
This was the first in-person conference Workplace Violence Prevention Consultant, LLC. has attended in over two years and we look forward to many more in the future.
