About Our Business
Solutions for Success
Our Mission:
To provide education regarding how non- mental health professionals, such as ourselves, are able to identify when we or others are experiencing concerning behavior changes and/ or exhibiting concerning behavior, how we may support ourselves/ others through challenging times, and to provide information about available professional resources when necessary.
Our Vision:
To foster the growth of Mental Health First Aid to be as common in every community and organization as physical First Aid.
To educate every community and organization to understand the early signs and symptoms of ourselves or others needing mental/ behavioral health support, developing the confidence to approach someone and provide support to drastically reduce the likelihood of an act of violence in schools, workplaces, homes, and within our communities.
We believe our continued passion and enthusiasm about bringing this knowledge to all of us, everyday human beings, will ultimately make our nation and the World safer.

What we are doing and what our partners are saying.
"I also wanted to thank you for leading this absolutely wonderful training. I have been to many certification trainings over the last 11 years of my professional career and this one was truly my favorite. I found it incredibly valuable and worth every minute of the time I set aside to be there. Most of all, I really appreciate the welcoming, warm, truly compassionate and caring environment that was created for us by you both."
"Thank you! I really enjoyed the training and learned a lot. You both provided a lot of good insight and I can tell you both have a passion for MHFA. You are both great examples to model my future training and I appreciate all the dedication you have shown for the class and myself."

"Thank you for a wonderful class and allowing me to make up my missed time. I appreciate your passion for MHFA it shows in your teaching."

"It was great to meet you and to work with you over the majority of this week. I was a little bit sad to not have to log on today for class again. I appreciate the wealth of knowledge that both of you brought to the instructor class this week. I learned a LOT. I also appreciate the guidance as an instructor ( I can officially say that now!)"
