Our Mission
To equip everyday professionals with the knowledge and confidence to recognize early signs of concerning behavioral or mental health changes, support others through challenging times, and connect individuals to appropriate professional resources when needed.
Our Vision
To make Mental Health First Aid as common and accessible in every community and organization as physical First Aid.
We envision communities where individuals understand early warning signs, feel confident initiating supportive conversations, and act before situations escalate—reducing the likelihood of violence in schools, workplaces, homes, and communities.
We believe that empowering everyday people with practical knowledge and compassion will make our nation—and our world—safer.

Events and Compliments
What we are doing and what our partners are saying.
"I also wanted to thank you for leading this absolutely wonderful training. I have been to many certification trainings over the last 11 years of my professional career and this one was truly my favorite. I found it incredibly valuable and worth every minute of the time I set aside to be there. Most of all, I really appreciate the welcoming, warm, truly compassionate and caring environment that was created for us by you both."
"Thank you! I really enjoyed the training and learned a lot. You both provided a lot of good insight and I can tell you both have a passion for MHFA. You are both great examples to model my future training and I appreciate all the dedication you have shown for the class and myself."

"Thank you for a wonderful class and allowing me to make up my missed time. I appreciate your passion for MHFA it shows in your teaching."

"It was great to meet you and to work with you over the majority of this week. I was a little bit sad to not have to log on today for class again. I appreciate the wealth of knowledge that both of you brought to the instructor class this week. I learned a LOT. I also appreciate the guidance as an instructor ( I can officially say that now!)"
