Empower Dialogue Partners, formerly Workplace Violence Prevention Consultant, provides evidence-based training and consulting that help organizations recognize concerns early and prevent crisis.

We deliver the globally recognized Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) program, equipping participants to identify signs of extreme stress, suicide risk, anxiety, depression, psychosis, trauma, and substance use challenges in friends, family members, coworkers, and even themselves. Participants learn how to offer initial support and guide individuals toward appropriate professional help until the situation stabilizes.

Beyond MHFA, we help organizations reduce the risk of workplace violence by addressing bullying, harassment, intimidation, concerning behaviors, mental health challenges, threats, and acts of violence. Our approach focuses on early recognition, supportive intervention, and clear response pathways that give employees confidence their concerns are being heard and addressed.
