Empower Dialogue Partners is proud to facilitate the Department of Homeland Security’s no-cost Threat Evaluation and Reporting Overview (TERO)—a training focused on recognizing concerning behaviors and supporting early intervention before situations escalate.

Too often, individuals display observable behaviors that are misunderstood, minimized, or not reported. This session is designed to help participants better understand those behaviors and respond appropriately.

Participants will gain practical insight into:

• Recognizing warning behaviors

• Understanding when and how to report concerns

• Supporting early intervention efforts

• Contributing to a culture of prevention within their organization and community

This training reinforces the shared responsibility we all have in prevention—whether in the workplace, community, or daily interactions.
